My screen has shifted to the left by half an inch leaving a vertical black space on the right hand side. How do I correct this, please?
Answer Most monitors have a menu button, ( it may double up as the power button). One of the options that this may give is auto. Select this and your screen should centre properly and adjust colour and brightness. Alternately there will be options to move the viewed screen.

I have tried several times to follow the instructions for setting up my e-mail account in Linux (as an alternative to Windows) without success. My talktalk. email address appears to be on the system how it got there I don't know all I do know it doesn't seem to work.
It can be daunting to work with a program that is outside the normal experience so you will find instructions to set up ‘Thunderbird’ HERE

John Moon asks:- Which is the best programme to use to import music which does not
import or download adware and spyware?
Reason for asking Apparently my computer was
infected by such when trying to use pre-recorded music which I imported to my computer
from A CD and saved to import it into a slide show I was making. The music is protected
by "digital rights management and therefore cannot be imported" I asked Stanley Associates
to look into this when they had my computer in for de bugging but they couldn't help
me.
Question 2 :-
How can the digital rights management be overcome and what programme
should be used?
This is where you will find some questions that need answers and some answers or tips.
